The camera works, but you will need to do some configuration first. Connect the camera and let it router assign and IP address. Connect it to a LAN port then access the router's configuration interface and go to DHCP Clients. You should see it in that list. If you know what port needs to be opened, go to Forwarding > Port Forwarding and input the port and the IP address of the cam. This enables you to watch the live stream outside your network.

I installed NVClient and when I try to access the DVR from my office the images do not appear. I use windows XP. What can I do?

You need to add the DVR server in the Server Manage list, in order to access it. For this purpose, launch the software, press Local Setup and click the Add button below Server Manage. Select 37DVR as server type, enter the IP address of the DVR in the Address field, type a name, enter the port number used on your router to stream videos (usually it is 777) and set a username and password if you want. After that, press the OK button. For further information, check the official user guide.
